== General Return Guidelines

• Most items sold on our website are available for local pickup or local delivery within Arizona.
• All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
• A 10% return fee will apply to any order canceled after 72 hours from the time of purchase.
• Returns processed on a credit or debit card are subject to a 5% service fee to cover non-refundable processing costs.

== deposits & gift cards

• All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of order status or item pickup.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.

== service-related orders

• Service fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
• If you experience any issues with a service completed by Billiard Gallery, our team will return to address and resolve the problem promptly at no additional cost.

== shipped items

• Items that are shipped must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, sellable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made by Billiard Gallery.

== non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-ordered tables or accessories
• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Used or assembled items
• Installed products or parts
